Welcome to my world of design. I’d love for you to take a seat and stay awhile.

(This theoretical seat is likely a colorful slipper chair, a perfect mix of transitional and thoughtful style, sturdy enough to withstand kids jumping on it, but comfortable enough for an afternoon's worth of entertaining guests.)

I’m the Anne,
behind Anne Pulliam Interiors

FOUNDED IN 2020 | BASED IN RICHMOND, VA | OUTPOST IN WASHINGTON, DC

I’ve always been a designer at heart. After graduating from Sweet Briar College and working for a boutique design firm in the DMV area for five years, I decided to launch my own firm.

Growing up I was one of those little girls who would always be rearranging my room … and my friends' rooms. I’d follow interior designers online and think, “Wow I’d be so happy if that was my job.”

What I couldn’t have anticipated is how many other hats I’d have to wear while creating and running Anne Pulliam Interiors; between hands-on designing every detail, complete projection management, client education, and vendor relations.

But nevertheless, little me was right, I am so happy — to have the opportunity to design homes that spark joy and create memories.

Anne Pulliam Interiors is a party of two: Myself and —

Liz Riedel and Taylor Corey

Design Assistants

Although you’ll mainly be communicating with me directly, Liz and Taylor are busy behind the scenes. They are the calm in the storm of every design project—compiling pricing, procuring selections, handling order logistics, and coordinating with the install teams.

Your home should look like you.

Your home should look like you.

There are a million and one styles out there, but I am most inspired by my clients’ personal style. With each project, I’m working to translate who they are and what they love into dynamic design choices. And although no two homes ever look the same, they’re all infused with color, fun, and comfort. You know, everything we hope to experience in daily life.

“Even though our home feels entirely like us, we can’t believe we get to live here.”

This was a long process, luckily Anne not only does great work, but she was great to work with. We felt like we had a friend and partner alongside us. Anne was honest and realistic while guiding us through the hard architectural design elements and the soft interior design elements of our spaces.”
